1. Definitions
- "Event" means the show, exhibition or event for which the ticket is issued.
- "Ticket" means the right of admission purchased through our Site or an authorised ticketing partner.
- "You" / "Buyer" means the person purchasing the Ticket.
2. Booking & payment
Tickets are booked via our ticketing platform, Ticket Tailor. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout.
By completing your booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. Ticket delivery
Tickets will be delivered by e-ticket via email. It is your responsibility to check that the ticket details are correct and to bring a valid ticket to the Event.
4. Cancellations, refunds & transfers by the Buyer
We do not offer cancellations or refunds once a ticket has been booked, except where required by law.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by forwarding your e-ticket to them. It is your responsibility to ensure the new attendee has the ticket and any required details before the Event; we are not responsible for verifying the identity of the person who attends using a transferred ticket.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for online purchases, but this right does not apply to contracts for leisure services (including event tickets) supplied on a specific date.
5. Changes or cancellation by Bespoked
We reserve the right to change the Event programme, speakers, exhibitors, venue, or date where reasonably necessary. We will notify ticket holders of any material change as soon as reasonably possible.
If we cancel the Event entirely (other than for reasons of Force Majeure, see clause 11), your ticket will be transferred to a future Bespoked event of equivalent value, to be used within 12 months of the original Event date. No cash refund will be provided.
6. Entry conditions
- Entry is subject to production of a valid ticket. Photo ID is not required.
- Under-16s may attend free of charge, subject to payment of the applicable booking fee. Under-16 tickets must be booked by an adult, who is responsible for the child while at the Event.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event whose conduct is disorderly, dangerous, or in breach of venue rules, without refund.
- Certain items may be prohibited from the venue in line with the venue's own security policies.
7. Resale
We do not have an authorised resale partner. Tickets must not be resold or advertised for resale above their original face value. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket found to have been resold above face value, without refund to either the original Buyer or the purchaser.
8. Photography, filming & recording
The Event may be photographed or filmed for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image or likeness being captured and used in this way, unless you notify us in advance in writing that you object.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our liability to you in connection with the Event is limited to the price paid for your Ticket, except in respect of loss caused by our negligence resulting in personal injury or death. We are not liable for loss of personal property at the venue, except where caused by our negligence.
The venue itself may impose its own conditions of entry, which are additional to these terms.
10. Data protection
Your personal data provided as part of a ticket booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, strike, terrorism, war, or government action.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, save that this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
