本規約は、BESPOKED Osaka のチケットに適用されます。ご購入により、本規約及びプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。本規約の日本語版と英語版に相違がある場合は、日本語版が優先します。
These terms apply to tickets for BESPOKED Osaka. By booking, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. 販売者 / Seller
Bespoked Events Ltd（英国イングランド及びウェールズ登記、会社番号 13730324）所在地：Unit 3, Phoenix Business Park, Continental Approach, Westwood, Kent, CT9 4HL, United Kingdom お問い合わせ：info@bespoked.cc／特定商取引法に基づく表記
Tickets are sold by Bespoked Events Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 13730324), at the UK address above.
2. 購入 / Buying
- チケットのご購入は 18 歳以上の方に限ります。
- 販売は Ticket Tailor、決済は Stripe により行います。
- 料金は日本円で、お支払い総額を表示します。
- 予約手数料はお支払い前に表示し、いかる場合も返金いたしません。
- 当社は英国の事業者のため、カード会社により海外取引手数料が発生する場合があります。
- 契約は注文確認メールの送信時に成立します。
- 前売券は 2026 年 10 月 22 日（木）23:59（日本時間）まで販売し、以降は当日券価格で販売します。本規約は会場で購入されたチケットにも適用されます。
- You must be 18 or over to buy tickets.
- Tickets are sold via Ticket Tailor, and payments are processed by Stripe.
- Prices are shown in JPY as the total amount you pay.
- Any booking fee is shown before you pay and is non-refundable in all circumstances.
- As we are a UK business, your card provider may charge an overseas transaction fee.
- Your contract with us is formed when we email your order confirmation.
- Advance tickets are sold until 23:59 (Japan time) on Thursday 22 October 2026. After that, tickets are sold at door prices. These terms also apply to tickets bought at the venue.
3. チケット / Your ticket
- 電子チケットは決済後にメールで送付します。
- 24 時間以内に届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認の上ご連絡ください。
- スマートフォン画面又は印刷したチケットをご提示ください。1 枚につき 1 回の入場となります。
- Your e-ticket is emailed to you after payment. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
- Show the ticket on your phone or as a printout.
- Each ticket admits one person, once.
4. お客様都合のキャンセル（返品特約） / Cancelling your booking
- お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。
- 本チケットは通信販売のためクーリング・オフは適用されず、本条を特定商取引法に基づく返品特約とします。
- 電子チケットの転送により、額面価格以下で他の方へ譲渡できます。
- We do not give refunds if you change your mind or can't attend.
- Cooling-off does not apply to mail-order sales, and this clause is our returns policy under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
- You may pass your ticket to someone else for no more than its face value by forwarding the e-ticket.
5. 主催者による変更・中止 / Changes or cancellation by us
- 中止（不可抗力を含む）：チケット代金を 14 日以内に返金します。代替としてクレジットカードをご提案する場合がありますが、お受けいただく義務はありません。
- 日程変更・他の市町村への会場変更：チケットをそのままご利用いただくか、通知後 14 日以内のお申し出によりチケット代金の返金を受けられます。
- 出展者・プログラムの変更は返金の対象外です。
- いずれの場合も予約手数料は返金せず、交通費・宿泊費は負担いたしません。
- If we cancel the event (for any reason, including force majeure): we will refund the ticket price within 14 days. We may offer credit instead, but you do not have to accept it.
- If we change the date, or move the event to a different town or city: you can keep your ticket, or ask for a refund of the ticket price within 14 days of being told about the change.
- Changes to exhibitors or the programme do not entitle you to a refund.
- The booking fee is not refunded in any of these cases, and we do not cover travel or accommodation costs.
6. 入場・転売・撮影 / Entry, resale & photography
- 16 歳未満：無料（予約手数料のみ）。成人の方がご予約の上、会場内で責任を負うものとします。
- 迷惑行為：迷惑行為や会場規則違反があった方は入場をお断りし、又は退場いただく場合があります。これに基づく返金対応はいたしません。
- 転売：額面を超える転売・営利目的の転売は禁止します。違反チケットは返金なく無効とする場合があります。
- 撮影：広報のため会場で撮影を行い、お客様が写り込む場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。撮影を希望されない方は、ご入場時に受付までお申し出ください。当社媒体からの画像削除をご希望の場合は、イベント後にメールでご連絡ください。
- Under-16s: they enter free (the booking fee applies) and must be booked by an adult, who is responsible for them at the event.
- Behaviour: we may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disorderly or breaks venue rules, without refund.
- Resale: tickets must not be resold above face value or for profit. Tickets resold in this way may be cancelled without refund.
- Photography: we photograph and film the event for promotion, and you may appear in photos or video.
- If you would rather not be photographed, please let reception know when you arrive.
- To have an image of you removed from our own channels, email us after the event.
7. 責任 / Liability
当社は、以下については責任を制限しません。
- 当社の過失によって生じた死亡または人身傷害
- 故意による不正行為または重大な過失
- 詐欺
- その他、法律上、当社が責任を制限することを認められていない事項
上記以外については、当社の責任は、お客様がお支払いになった金額を上限とします。当社に過失がある場合を除き、お客様の所持品の紛失について当社は責任を負いません。また、地震、台風、感染症の流行、政府による措置など、当社の合理的な支配を超える事象について、当社は責任を負いません。ただし、その場合でも、第 5 条に定める返金は受けることができます。
We do not limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- wilful misconduct or gross negligence;
- fraud; or
- anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
We are not responsible for lost belongings unless we were negligent.
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as earthquakes, typhoons, epidemics or government action. You will still receive the refund set out in clause 5.
8. 準拠法 / Law
本規約は英国（イングランド及びウェールズ）法に準拠します。ただし、お客様の居住国の消費者保護法の強行規定に基づく権利及び同国の裁判所に訴えを提起する権利を妨げません。
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in that country's courts.
