Tickets
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking in advance to secure your place and benefit from advance ticket pricing where available. Tickets may also be available on the door, subject to capacity.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, unless the event has sold out.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets can be transferred to another person if you're no longer able to attend. Please refer to our Ticket Terms & Conditions for full details.
Visiting the show
What can I expect at BESPOKED?
BESPOKED brings together exceptional handmade bicycles, independent brands and the people behind them. Alongside the exhibition you'll find talks, films, rides, great food, coffee and a welcoming cycling community.
How long should I allow for my visit?
That depends on how much you'd like to see. Many visitors spend most of the day exploring the exhibition, talks and events, while others choose to visit across the whole weekend to experience everything BESPOKED has to offer.
Can I test ride bikes?
Some exhibitors may offer demo rides during the event. Please speak directly with individual exhibitors.
Can I buy bicycles and products at the show?
Yes. Many exhibitors sell bicycles, components, apparel and accessories throughout the weekend.
Families
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children under 16 receive free entry (a small booking fee applies) and may be asked to provide proof of age.
Can I bring a pushchair?
Yes. Most areas of the venue are suitable for pushchairs.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at BESPOKED. Please keep them on a lead at all times and be mindful of other visitors and exhibitors.
Accessibility
Is the venue accessible?
We aim to make BESPOKED as accessible as possible. Accessibility information is available on each individual show page. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before your visit.
Are assistance dogs welcome?
Yes. Assistance dogs are welcome at all BESPOKED events.
Travel
How do I get to the venue?
Each BESPOKED show has its own dedicated venue page with travel information. We encourage visitors to travel by bike or public transport wherever possible.
Is there bike parking?
Yes. Bicycle parking is available at all BESPOKED events. Please remember to bring a lock, as bicycles are left at the owner's risk.
Photography
Can I take photographs?
Yes. Photography for personal use is encouraged. If you're photographing professionally or for publication, please register via our Press page.
Food & drink
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Every BESPOKED event features a carefully selected range of food, coffee and refreshments.
