These terms apply to tickets for BESPOKED London. By booking, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Seller
Tickets are sold by Bespoked Events Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 13730324), Unit 3, Phoenix Business Park, Continental Approach, Westwood, Kent, CT9 4HL. Email: info@bespoked.cc
2. Buying
- You must be 18 or over to buy tickets.
- Tickets are sold via Ticket Tailor, and payments are processed by Stripe.
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT.
- Any booking fee is shown before you pay and is non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Your contract with us is formed when we email your order confirmation.
3. Your ticket
- Your e-ticket is emailed to you after payment. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
- Show the ticket on your phone or as a printout.
- Each ticket admits one person, once.
4. Cancelling your booking
- We do not give refunds if you change your mind or can't attend.
- The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to leisure events on a specific date (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)).
- You may pass your ticket to someone else for no more than its face value by forwarding the e-ticket.
5. Changes or cancellation by us
- If we cancel the event (for any reason, including force majeure): we will refund the ticket price within 14 days. We may offer credit instead, but you do not have to accept it.
- If we change the date, or move the event to a different town or city: you can keep your ticket, or ask for a refund of the ticket price within 14 days of being told about the change.
- Changes to exhibitors or the programme do not entitle you to a refund.
- The booking fee is not refunded in any of these cases, and we do not cover travel or accommodation costs.
6. Entry, resale & photography
- Under-16s: they enter free (the booking fee applies) and must be booked by an adult, who is responsible for them at the event.
- Behaviour: we may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disorderly or breaks venue rules, without refund.
- Resale: tickets must not be resold above face value or for profit. Tickets resold in this way may be cancelled without refund.
- Photography: we photograph and film the event for promotion, and you may appear in photos or video.
- If you would rather not be photographed, please let reception know when you arrive.
- To have an image of you removed from our own channels, email us after the event at info@bespoked.cc.
7. Liability
We do not limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud; or
- anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
We are not responsible for lost belongings unless we were negligent.
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics or government action. You will still receive the refund set out in clause 5.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
