You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. sponsors, ticketing partners, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Links do not imply endorsement.
6. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the Site, or change its content, at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Nothing in this clause affects the separate liability provisions in our Ticket Terms & Conditions, which govern event attendance.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
